is a shooting schedule for our personal use , which shows when each group member is free during
weekdays. We can use this when deciding when we are going to do tasks, which
involve the whole group. For example all of us would be able to complete tasks
on a Tuesday afternoon.

The best days for us to film on would be monday, tuesday and thursday as we are all available on the afternoons of those days, this means we can get up-to 9 hours of filming time during the school days if we haven't got any other subject responsibilities which we need to use those free periods for.
We have also created a shooting schedule for formal usage so that we could give it to each member of the filming process. This way it will be much easier to let actors and crew know when they are needed and what parts they need to prepare for.
